Why it's in the kit

The Everyday Backpack is the carry-on. The Travel Duffel 35L is the checked bag that packs inside it. When I land I have my full kit in the backpack and a duffel for overflow — clothes, light stands, the PavoTube. It folds into its own pocket, so it costs zero space until I need it.

How I run it

Stays folded inside the Everyday Backpack's laptop compartment on every flight. Used on the return when I've accumulated samples, merch, or extra gear from a shoot. The Tenba BYOB insert goes inside to protect the camera if I have to check it.

If every trip fits in a single carry-on, the duffel is extra bag you never unpack.
