Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please do not use this site.
Use of Site
This site is provided for informational and educational purposes. Content about crypto, cryptocurrencies, and marketing strategies is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial or investment advice.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site (text, images, videos, logos) is property of LV unless otherwise stated. You may share links to our content, but you may not reproduce it without authorization.
Purchases and Who Sells Them
Calls and strategy sessions are paid by card when you book them on our scheduling page (Cal.com, with payment processed by Stripe); for these, LV is the seller and your receipt comes with the booking. Audits, monthly advisory, sponsorships and advertising are sold through Whop's checkout, and digital kits and merchandise through Fourthwall's checkout. Whop and Fourthwall act as sellers of record: they process your payment, calculate and collect any applicable sales tax or VAT, and send your receipt. Prices are listed in US dollars; checkout may show the amount in your local currency. By completing a purchase you also accept the checkout provider's terms. The service itself is provided by LV.
Paid Services
You choose the time of a call or session when you book and pay for it. Sessions take place online, in English or Spanish. We review the context you share when booking before we meet. If you bought a session through another checkout, we send you a private booking link within one business day. Written deliverables (strategy plans, audits) arrive within the time stated on the service page, counted from when we have the information we asked for. Monthly advisory, sponsorships and advertising placements start only after a short fit review; if we decline, you receive a full refund. Our services are advice and creative work: we do not guarantee specific results, revenue, audience growth or rankings.
Rescheduling and Cancellation
You can reschedule a call or session once at no cost with at least 24 hours' notice, using the link in your booking confirmation. You can cancel for a full refund at least 48 hours before your session. Sessions missed without notice are not refunded. If we need to cancel, you choose a new time or a full refund. Monthly advisory (Fractional CMO) can be cancelled at any time before the next billing date; it stops at the end of the month already paid.
Refunds
Calls and sessions: refunds follow the cancellation rules above. Audits and written plans: full refund until we start the review; after delivery we will correct any factual error or missing item described on the service page, but the fee is not refundable. Monthly advisory: the current paid month is not refunded. Sponsorships and advertising: full refund if we decline your brief or creative; once production starts or the placement goes live, fees are not refundable, except a pro-rated refund if we remove a live placement for a reason you did not cause. Digital kits: files are available immediately, so the sale is final once you download them; if a file is damaged, incomplete or materially different from its description, tell us within 14 days and we will replace it or refund you. Merchandise: Fourthwall's return policy covers damaged, defective or incorrect items. To request a refund, write to legal@lvpath.com with your order email and receipt. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
License for Digital Products and Deliverables
Buying a kit gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use its books, templates and worksheets in your own work and with your own clients. You may adapt the templates and use what you create with them commercially. You may not resell, share, upload or redistribute the original files, or present them as your own product. Each license covers one person; contact us for team use. Written deliverables we prepare for you (audits, plans, reports) are yours to use in your business. We keep the right to reuse our general methods and know-how, and we never publish your confidential information without your permission.
