Why it's in the kit
When I need to disappear into an edit for four hours, these go on. The ANC is a step above anything else I've tried, and 30 hours of battery means I never think about charging mid-session. They're the 'do not disturb' signal for the rest of the world.
Strengths
- + Best-in-class active noise canceling
- + 30-hour battery survives a full travel week
Trade-offs
- − Fold pattern is less compact than the XM4
