None of that happens in a 30 day sprint. Sprints create content. Consistency creates identity.
Audiences don’t trust bursts. They trust patterns. The creator who posts every week for two years has a different relationship with their audience than the creator who posts 50 times in one month and disappears.

The consistency tax
