Context
Thailand Path started as a personal Google Doc in 2019, a place to track visa requirements, cost of living, and relocation logistics for LV's own move to Bangkok. Over time, that doc became the most-cited expat resource in the Thai-Spanish community, then in the broader international expat community.
The platform now serves 10K+ monthly readers with interactive tools (visa finder, cost calculator across 19 cities, step-by-step guides) and a verified directory of 200+ lawyers, agents, and service providers. It's the only resource that combines hard data (visa rules, costs) with the lived experience of someone who actually moved.
Thailand Path is the most practical project in the portfolio, not glamorous, not a content play, just useful.
