Context

Polkadot OpenGov is where the abstract 'decentralization' pitch becomes concrete. Every referenda is a referendum on what the network actually does, how treasury funds get spent, how validators get upgraded, how parachains onboard. Voting isn't activism here; it's infrastructure maintenance.

The deeper insight: 31 delegators chose to trust LV's vote with their stake because consistent, reasoned participation beats loud commentary. The job isn't to be right on every vote, it's to show up, read the proposals, and explain the reasoning publicly. That's what makes a delegator come back next time.

This project is low-output but high-stakes. ~190 DOT of voting power across 500+ votes on 100+ referenda since 2023, not because every vote mattered, but because the *practice* of voting matters.
